The download of and access to any paid Digital Content is available only to registered users and is intended only for such users' personal and non-commercial use. Any other use of paid Digital Content downloaded or accessed from the Service is strictly prohibited.

Users may not modify, transmit, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the content of any Digital Content, in whole or in part. By downloading or otherwise accessing Digital Content from the Service, the user hereby acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to experience our premium features and content before committing to a paid subscription. During this trial period, you will have full access to all premium features at no cost. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

Under UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, unless you have already accessed or downloaded the digital content.

While the statutory cancellation right ends once you access digital content, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Given that you will have already had a 14-day free trial to evaluate our services, refund requests after purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

• You agree, confirm and acknowledge that you are aware of the fact that the services offered by the App are not a substitute for professional mental health care from a licensed qualified professional (such as a psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or counsellor). You should never rely on or make health or mental health decisions primarily based on information provided as part of the App's content and services.

User understands that Sanatio LLP does not provide professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological services, and that the App is designed solely for educational and self-help purposes in the field of mental wellness.

Mental health support through the App is not intended to replace professional medical or mental health care.Individual needs vary significantly, making it imperative for users to seek supervision by qualified mental health professionals when appropriate. As such, Sanatio LLP and its directors cannot accept liability for any problems arising directly or indirectly from the application of the App's content, exercises, tools, or purchased products.

User understands that their use of any program, feature, tool, or purchased products will not diagnose any disease, illness, mental health condition, or ailment, and if they should experience any such issues or symptoms they should seek professional evaluation and care from a registered medical or mental health professional.

Sanatio LLP makes no warranties or representations about the effectiveness of the App's content or features for any particular individual. Results and experiences will vary from person to person.

By posting or submitting any material (including, without limitation, journal entries, comments, notes, mood data, and other content) to us via the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and manage such content on our platform solely for the purpose of providing Services to you. You retain ownership of your content. We will not share your personal content with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that violates these terms or is inappropriate for our platform.

In order to access the Services, you will be required to become a registered user of the Services by creating an account ("Account"). To create an Account, you must be 18 years or older.

When you register for the App, you will create a password. You are responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your password and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

You agree that the information that you provide to us at all times, including during registration, will be true, accurate, current, and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material in our App, except as follows:

• Your device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may access and use the App features for your personal, non-commercial use only

To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall Sanatio LLP, our subsidiary and parent companies, partners, officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the App, including its materials, products, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Any decisions made based on App content
• Any reliance on information provided through the App
• Any technical failures or interruptions of service
• Any unauthorized access to your personal information

You specifically acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user.

If you are dissatisfied with the App, any materials, products, or services in the App, or with any of the App's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the App.

User acknowledges and agrees that no representation has been made by the App and Sanatio LLP as to the future mental health outcomes, improvements, or benefits that may be derived from the use of the App or purchase of any product or service in the App.

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by UK law

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sanatio LLP and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

Either Sanatio LLP or you may terminate your Account at any time.

If Sanatio LLP terminates your Account for breach of these Terms, you will be notified by email or in-app notification.

If you wish to terminate your Account, you may do so by contacting us at [email protected] or by using the account deletion feature within the App.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• Any non-completed orders or payments will be handled in accordance with our refund policy
• We will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required to retain it by law

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and your agreement to abide by them.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
