Purpose: Provide you with a better user experience. - App Usage Information: How long you used our Services, which features you used, app analytics, interaction patterns, and feature engagement.
Purpose: Monitor the performance of our App and improve user experience. - Communications: Between you and Sanatio LLP support staff regarding the Services.

All services are limited to individuals 18 years and older. We do not provide services to minors. If you are under 18, please do not use our Services.
While our app can be a helpful tool for mental wellness, it is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. We strongly encourage users to work with licensed mental health professionals for comprehensive care.
How we collect and store information depends on the features you are using and the activities in which you elect to participate. For example, you may be asked to provide information when you register for an account, set up your profile, complete mental health assessments, track your mood, write journal entries, or make a payment.
Like most mobile applications, Sanatio LLP also collects information automatically and through the use of electronic tools that may be transparent to our Users. For example, we may collect mobile device information, or use analytics technology to understand how you use the app. Among other things, we may store your login credentials to spare you from having to re-enter that information each time you use the app.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect the sensitive mental health information you provide through our Services.
Like other applications, we collect information to enhance your experience and deliver more personalized mental health support. We respect your privacy and do not share your information with anyone, except in limited cases when that proves necessary as outlined in this policy.
We retain your information as long as needed to provide services or as required by law. Mental health data may be retained to track your progress over time, but you can request deletion at any time.
Aggregate information and information that does not personally identify you may be used in many ways. For example, Sanatio LLP may combine anonymized information about usage patterns with similar information obtained from other users to help enhance our app and Services. This information does not include any information that identifies you individually.
We may use personally identifiable information, collected through our Services, to communicate with you about your account and preferences; our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy; services and features offered through our Services; personalized mental health insights and recommendations; and other topics we think you might find helpful for your mental wellness journey. Your mental health data is used solely to provide you with personalized support and is never sold or used for advertising purposes.

As mentioned, you may at any time review or change the personal information we maintain about you by contacting Sanatio LLP. Upon your request, we will delete your contact information and personal data from our active databases.
This Privacy Policy is effective until terminated by either party. If you no longer agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, you must cease the use of the Sanatio LLP Services. If you are dissatisfied with Sanatio LLP, its content, or any of these terms, conditions, and policies, your sole legal remedy is to discontinue using the Services.
Sanatio LLP reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Services, or parts of it, without notice, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that such use is in violation of any applicable law, or harmful to our interests or the interests of another person or entity, or where Sanatio LLP has reasons to believe that your use is in violation of this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use.
Data Retention After Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.

Nothing contained in the App may be interpreted as granting a license or right of use as a trademark without the prior explicit written consent of Sanatio LLP.
